Business to Business Sales

SNiP is in need of qualified business to business Account Executives to represent SNiP's business products in the Delaware Valley Area. These business products provide turnkey Internet access to small to mid sized business without up front charges or installation cost. SNiP's products are expanding to include a new telecommunication line to provide local, local toll and long distance products to our business customers. These products combine to provide for an excellent earning opportunity for a professional representative. The qualifications for this opportunity require 1 to 2 years of business to business telecommunications or technology sales and a self directed work habit. SNiP will provide the product training and the tools for a successful career for the right candidate.

Technical  Support Agent

SNiP is now accepting resumes for applicants interested in joining our fast paced, tight knit support team.  SNiP has long been known for providing "Knock your socks off!" technical support to our dial-up and dedicated access Internet customers.  Applicants must have excellent listening skills and take pleasure in helping people.  A strong understanding of how computers and the Internet works is a must.

Work is exclusively answering technical support questions and troubleshooting problems over the phone or via e-mail as well as handling customer service inquiries from existing SNiP Internet and Telephone customers   No certifications are necessary for this position.  You will be helping dial-up or dedicated access Internet customers and businesses and individuals who use SNiP as their Long Distance and Local Toll carrier.  There is no Network Administration work in this position.

Because this is an entry-level position, if you are a hobbyist, self-trained, or formally trained in Windows 9x. Me, NT, 2K, XP, 2003 and Macintosh OS's you are most welcome to apply.   If you are the person in your family or company who everyone comes running to when something doesn't work, we want you.  New hires will spend some time working weekday and weekend shifts after training.  Please include in your cover letter any languages spoken fluently.
